We are introducing our newest Erasmus+ project, LeadDEI approved by the European Union Programmes Agency (EUPA).

LeadDEI aims to strengthen diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices in European workplaces through research-based training, digital innovation, and ethical leadership. The project develops AI-driven learning tools, interactive training programmes, and a digital hub to support employers, HR professionals, and educators in promoting inclusive organisational cultures.
