Christiana Tartios
Director of Multidisciplinary Operations |
Chief Learning Officer
Christiana studied at the University of Cyprus (BSc in Economics) and the European University Cyprus (EUC) (MBA). She is currently a PhD candidate in Educational Technology (specialization in AI) at Frederick University. She began her career in the Financial Directorate of the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA) reviewing applications and approving their funding for national training schemes. She later served as a middle manager at the GAP Vassilopoulos Group before transitioning into business consulting, professional training, and quality auditing at CKT Business Consulting.
A certified Sales & Marketing trainer since 2019, Christiana has been active in Learning and Development (L&D) consulting since 2023, contributing to national and EU-funded upskilling programmes. She has worked at EUC as a Special Scientist in Business, as a Consultant & Researcher in STEAM youth education and as an external evaluator of the PREVENT/CERV Programme for Cyprus. She also serves as a part-time Researcher at Frederick University's Center for Innovation and Excellence in Teaching (CIET) and as an external consultant (Individual Specialist) at UNESCO under the Division for Policies and Lifelong Learning Systems (ED/PLS).
Beyond her corporate responsibilities, she is a member of the Board of Directors at the NGO Support Centre, an independent, non-governmental, non-profit organisation established in 1999 and dedicated to strengthening civil society in Cyprus. She served as an elected member of the Board of Directors at Europa Donna Cyprus from December 2023 to March 2026. This NGO represents the interests of Cypriot women in matters related to breast and gynaecological cancers by engaging with local and national authorities, as well as European Union institutions.

Christoforos Tartios is a professional with extensive experience in credit control and financial management.At CKT, he oversees project budget control, ensuring fiscal discipline and safeguarding each project's financial viability.
He adds significant value to project financial management with a background in the economic and banking sectors. He leverages his expertise in credit control strategies to allocate funds efficiently and monitor expenditures, ensuring transparent and accurate financial records. His contributions help maintain financial integrity, mitigate discrepancies, and foster accountability in resource allocation.
In the realm of sports, Christoforos is a former handball athlete with international tournament experience, including participation in the European Handball Federation Cups as part of the Cyprus Handball Team at various ages. As a coach, he served as a board member of the Cyprus Handball Coaches Association and as an assistant coach at Spe Strovolou, showcasing his continued dedication to the sport.

Aristidis Charalambous
EU Project Officer
Aristidis Charalambous holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Cyprus. He has worked as a researcher and software developer at the CYENS Centre of Excellence in Cyprus. He has experience in creating web applications and websites, as well as experience in creating accessible content. His knowledge of accessibility extends mostly to visual impairments, but he has experience with hearing and mobility impairments as well, and he is also a member of the Neofytos Cultural Organisation that focuses on eliminating the social exclusion that many people with disabilities experience.
George Antoniou
IT Specialist | Infrastructure Engineer
George Antoniou is a highly experienced IT specialist with expertise in Systems and Infrastructure Administration, Networking, and Telephony. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Information Systems from the European University Cyprus. With over 13 years of professional experience, George has played a key role in corporate IT projects, particularly in integrating systems such as Twilio, Salesforce, OneLogin, Microsoft Entra, Azure, Cisco Meraki, and Cisco Webex. He currently works as an IT Specialist at a multinational university with a presence in Europe, where he oversees IT security assessments, implementations, and infrastructure management.
Beyond his role in higher education, George serves as an IT Consultant for various small and medium-sized businesses, offering expertise in cybersecurity, system integration, and IT infrastructure optimization. His experience extends to EU-funded projects, where he has worked as an IT Engineer, specializing in data integrity, security, and the technical setup of IT equipment.
He is also a business partner of CKT, focusing on EU Projects related to IT solutions for educational and research initiatives.
George has extensive expertise in e-learning platforms such as Blackboard and Moodle, where he implements AI-driven analytics to enhance participants' engagement and track performance. He also works with integrated AI-based chatbot tools within LMS platforms to improve the user experience. His experience in the digital education sector complements his role as a part-time Lecturer/special scientist at European University Cyprus and Cyprus College, where he taught Computer Science and Business Administration.
His passion for technology is reflected in his diverse skill set, which includes managing cloud environments, virtualization, telephony systems, and data centre operations. He holds multiple certifications, including Cisco IT Essentials, Cisco CCNA, Azure Fundamentals, Azure AI, and 3CX, solidifying his expertise in network infrastructure and cloud computing.
Beyond his professional responsibilities, George is an avid gamer with international gaming experience, combining his love for technology with digital entertainment. His interests extend to science, history, automation, and emerging technologies, which fuel his continuous learning and development in the IT sector.

Moz Tartios
Project Communication Officer
Moz Tartios is a passionate and creative professional with a degree in Interactive Media and Animation from the University of Nicosia. He currently serves as a Project Communication Officer at CKT, where he contributes to the strategic communication and outreach of various projects. His role involves coordinating dissemination (PR) activities, managing digital content, and ensuring effective engagement with target audiences.
With a strong foundation in media production and design, Moz brings innovative thinking to project visibility and stakeholder communication. He continues to explore emerging technologies in AI and animation, staying ahead of industry trends and enriching his creative approach.
Eleni Solomou

With a career spanning over 30 years in the marketing field, Eleni has exceptional capability in developing robust and innovative marketing strategies to support and enhance brand visibility and performance. Her dynamic approach, combined with a strong foundation in strategic planning and market analysis, has enabled her to successfully collaborate with high-profile companies across various sectors. Notable among these are SC Johnson & Son Hellas, Coca Cola HBC Cyprus, Argosy Trading Company Ltd, and Pourover Cyprus Ltd (Coffee Island) and other reputable companies.
Eleni's expertise extends beyond strategic planning and market analysis. She excels in leading diverse teams, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment that drives success. Her ability to formulate strategic marketing plans and implement comprehensive brand and retail campaigns across multiple channels has consistently delivered impactful results.

Avraam Demetriou
Certified AML Cybersecurity Executive Coach | Business Partner
Avraam Demetriou is a cybersecurity professional with over 33 years of experience in the banking industry, specialising in Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing, having worked at Barclays and Hellenic Bank. As the Head of Payments Monitoring at Hellenic Bank, he managed a team of 28 across 54 branches in Cyprus.
He also held the position of Country Manager for Logstail, a company that offers 24/7 cybersecurity protection for various systems, including national defence and hospitals, while monitoring for malware.
Currently, Mr Demetriou is a cybersecurity consultant and a certified trainer by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus, focusing on creating training programmes related to cyber attack awareness, identity theft prevention, GDPR compliance, and cyber incident response.
