This CPR & Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training teaches participants how to perform CPR and use an AED in case of cardiac arrest. It emphasises practical skills and confidence in dealing with life-threatening situations.

Learn: The steps for administering effective CPR.
Content: Chest compressions, rescue breaths, and handling unconscious individuals.
AED Operation:
Learn: How to safely and effectively use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
Content: AED setup, electrode placement, and following prompts to deliver shocks.
Responding to Cardiac Emergencies:
Learn: How to recognize signs of cardiac arrest and act quickly.
Content: Identifying cardiac arrest, the chain of survival, and performing CPR with AED assistance.
