Innovative European Project on Sustainability and Inclusion

CKT Business Consulting participates in the ENVISIO project (Project Number: 2023-2-IT03-KA220-YOU-000181066), an initiative co-financed by the European Union under the ErasmusPlus programme.

ENVISIO has a central objective: to provide high-quality, inclusive education and training to deaf young people. The focus is on green entrepreneurship and sustainable practices.

Main Objectives of the Project: The Focus on Inclusion

The project has a unique social dimension. It specifically targets young people, offering them entrepreneurial approaches to sustainability. In the participating countries—Italy, Latvia, and Turkey—the activities mainly extend to those with hearing problems.

Key Deliverables of the Project

A key deliverable of the project is the ENVISIO Digital Hub. This hub is designed to enrich knowledge and skills in green entrepreneurship and sustainable development. The platform provides educational material in multiple languages, including English, Greek, Italian, Latvian, and Turkish. This underlines the commitment to inclusive education.

CKT leads the ENVISIO project, with Christiana Tartiou at the helm. The company plays a central role in the project, taking leadership responsibilities on critical deliverables and work packages. As the leader of the Quality Assurance Plan, CKT is a key contributor to developing EQF training programmes and digital resources.

Training Programmes and Resources

CKT is responsible for creating five training programmes on green entrepreneurship. Additionally, the company is developing interactive augmented reality material (AR Flyers) in Greek. This innovative approach aims to engage young learners effectively.

CKT also contributes to the development and language adaptation of the ENVISIO Digital Hub. The company ensures that the educational content produced is fully accessible, understandable, and applicable by young people in Greece and Cyprus. Through this involvement, CKT strengthens the transition towards an inclusive and green business future for all young people.

Supervision and Cooperation

The ENVISIO project is supervised by the Italian Youth Organization. It strengthens European cooperation in critical areas such as climate change and social inclusion. This collaboration is vital for addressing the pressing challenges of our time.

About Christiana Tartiou

Christiana Tartiou holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Cyprus and an MBA from the European University of Cyprus. Currently, she is a PhD student in Educational Technology at Frederick University of Cyprus.

She started her career in the Financial Administration of the Human Resources Development Authority. Later, she worked as the Director of a Training Academy in a multinational company. Today, she is a business consultant and quality control expert at CKT Business Consulting. Since 2019, she has been a certified trainer. Since 2023, she has been actively involved in Training and Development (L&D) consulting in national and European programmes. She performs duties as a Quality Auditor in Quality Management Systems for Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Transportations.

In addition, she is a Specialist Scientist at the School of Business Administration at the European University of Cyprus. She is also a Researcher in Artificial Intelligence in Education at Frederick University and a Consultant and Researcher in STEAM youth education.

Alongside her professional duties, she is an elected member of the Board of Directors of Europa Donna Cyprus. This organization supports women with breast cancer and gynecological cancers. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the NGO Support Center, which strengthens civil society in Cyprus.
