Introduction to LeadDEI
CKT Business Consulting contributes to the LeadDEI programme, promoting workplace inclusion and the ethical use of artificial intelligence in education and employment.
CKT Business Consulting Ltd proudly announces its participation in the LeadDEI project (Leading Diversity, Equity and Inclusion through AI‑Powered Learning Environments). This initiative is co‑funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union through the European Union Programmes Agency (EUPA) in Malta. The project proposal was jointly developed and submitted by the consortium partners, reflecting a shared vision for ethical and inclusive learning environments across Europe.
Main Objectives of the Project: The Focus on Inclusion
The LeadDEI project aims to strengthen diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in European workplaces through the development of AI‑supported training programmes. It also includes interactive digital tools and a virtual training hub designed for HR professionals, educators, and business leaders.
Its core mission is to create training environments that are inclusive, transparent, and human‑centred, empowering organisations to adopt responsible leadership practices.
CKT’s Role in LeadDEI Project
CKT Business Consulting Ltd, representing Cyprus, plays a central role in the implementation of the project. As the partner responsible for developing the LeadDEI training programmes, CKT leads the creation of five video‑based DEI training modules. It also develops the Training Framework Guide that will support organisational transformation.
CKT additionally designs interactive role‑play simulations and knowledge‑assessment quizzes, all aimed at enhancing learning and supporting practical application in real workplace settings.
Ethical Integration of AI Tools
CKT contributes to ensuring the ethical integration of artificial intelligence tools in education and training. It guarantees compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and EU ethical standards related to fairness, privacy, and accessibility.
“At CKT, we believe that the future of work must be inclusive by design. LeadDEI allows us to combine our expertise in education, digital transformation, and social innovation to shape ethical and human‑centred applications for diversity and inclusion,” stated Christiana Tartios, Director of Multidisciplinary Operations at CKT Business Consulting Ltd.
Commitment to Sustainable Development Goals
Through its active participation in LeadDEI, CKT reaffirms its commitment to Quality Education (SDG 4), Gender Equality (SDG 5), and Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10), contributing to sustainable and socially responsible development across Europe.
